Has anyone seen this months Dirt Bike cover? :o It's also interesting to note that the 6 bike 450 shootout gets a small inset pic on the cover.I'm starting to notice a trend here  :<img src=" title="Roll Eyes" class="smiley">  8)

It only wishes it was-hahahaha.As I said,I've got nothing against KTM products,I've had 3 new ones-I simply try not to get caught up in hype and see things how they are-warts and all.That aside,this pic doesn't do the DB cover justice though it's similar-and that's a damn sexy bike no matter how you slice it.
It must work,I just walked by the magazine stand in the mall not planning to stop but I came to an abrupt halt when I saw it on the front row and went in and bought it.Had it been the 4t shootout pic taking up the whole cover I would have glanced over but continued on my way without going in.Marketing guru's know what the public wants these days. 8)

Haha... I understand Ford, just couldn't resist. I am by no means a KTM loyalist... Good is good and sometimes you just like a bike . I am not even a Tech guy, but appreciate different thinking , looks, etc...

X2 man. While I am trying to learn more I'm no loyalist to KTM. Even though I will hopefully be purchasing one next year. But that katoom is a mean enduro machine. Looks awesome, its bound to turn some heads. Ford you said the 450 shootout had six bikes? It could be that they included the husky maybe? From the reviews I've read, they've been biding their time making the perfect bike before they blow the US away. Gone the trial and error route by refining their product in Europe until its awesome. We'll see. Maybe the 250SX is making a show. THAT I would love to see.

All of my riding buddies are on newer rides...  unfortunately my 2000 KTM 300exc puts them all to shame....  Well at least the wife doesn't this..  as I've using the "I've got the oldest bike and I'm thinking its time to upgrade to a new / newer bike" on her..."  :D no she's not buying that argument either...  :-[  But I do see a new / newer KTM 300XC in my future.

the ktm's look really nice

but i prefer the new husqvarna 2 stroke look,  that mainly white with a little red looks so good  :P :P

The GasGas Six Days?Yuck.Wayyyyy too busy looking.If I was prone to epilepsy,I'd likely be on the ground right now convulsing just from having looked at it.One of the local guys rides one and it looks the same to me in person.Nice bike no doubt-it just needs the proverbial bag pulled over it's head. :)
Side by side in person with a Husky there's no comparison imo,I'd take the husky.
