You can try a steel braided brake line, and maybe rekit the master cylinder.

The thing is I'm paid minimum wage, I have college, and a girlfriend. I can't afford oversized rotors right now haha. Any easier suggestions?

anytime you replace the pads you should replace the fluid as well. complete flush, and bleed. It sounds like you might just have a bunch of air and depleted fluid in your lines

If a pair of 2" brass balls isn't working, I doubt that the 3" model will make much difference.

Working properly, stock brakes should throw you over the bars.Make sure your pin is cleaned and lubed and more importantly, both slides. Also, remove the chrome isolators from where the pads sit and clean(sandpaper) those as well as where they sit in the caliper.Silicon brake grease these contact points as well.If your pads bind at all for any of the above reasons, you will have crappy brakes.Never just tip the caliper up and slide in new pads when it's replacement time.As stated above, replace your fluid evey year as it's hygroscopic(attracts moisture)
Having said all that,if your brakes were better before you replaced them, that's more than likely because your rotor is worn more at the outer circumference(thinner) than the inner. When this is the case, the old pads will have worn tapered.Without replacing the rotor, the brakes won't be as strong and will be spongy until your new pads wear tapered to match the rotor.
That's the sole reason for KTM's cauliflower style rotors.Having only part of the outside circumference of the rotor contact the pads equalizes the swept area with the inside circumference allowing your pads to wear evenly. This is that styles sole purpose. They aren't better brakes but will be when you replace pads just because they are worn even.

sometimes  air bubbles get trapped in the master cylinder..
right where the break line meets

i lure them up by using the break lever and small movment

and if you don`t have free play on the break lever it can have an effect too

Haha well upon inspection I found that a fork seal was blown and getting oil on the front pad. The rear brake was just done, I need to rebuild the master cylinder. And both were pretty much full of water when I bled them haha. Luckily I got a friend who can do my forks pretty cheap and I'll just do my rear brakes myself. For the front I'm just going to get some sand paper and get the oil off.

With the new brakes, I'm probably going to want to rotors as well, but I'm broke now (if I still want to race) so I'll have to wait a couple weeks before I can afford those.

Andrew, If you have oil on your front disc you will need to throw away the pads as they will be contaminated with oil.
(You could do an old trick and heat them up slightly with propane to draw the oil out.)
Clean the disc with brakekleen/petrol/meths etc to get rid of the oil film.

If you're on a budget and they not oiled up too bad, you can pull the pads out and file them with a coarse metal file. this will remove the contaminated material.
And maybe try the old tearoff under the fork seal trick to slow the leak for couple rides.
