My daughter got the same thing for Christmas. She is 2. We have had shitty weather lately, floods and stuff, so we have been cutting up shoe boxes and making jumps so we can play motocross

I still have a couple of Tonka pickups lying around somewhere.
I don't play with them anymore because my friends thought I might be loosing it. :P

I used to have one kind of like that, of course it is much older. I also have some of their big metal trucks back when toys were made indestructible  ;D
Mixin' gas and kickin' ass, Burnin' oil and smellin' royal. Two stroke until I die (which hopefully isn't soon)   If your not mixing gas, your not kicking ass.

Have you got him a bicycle yet?
I started my son on a bicycle at 1 1/2. He took off his training wheels at 2 1/2. He got an XR50 at three. He never had training wheels on his XR. He showed no interest in racing untill he was 6 and I waited untill he asked me to take him racing. Untill then he was happy just going to the races, riding around on his bicycle in the pits and riding his 50 in the fields and at the cycle parks.

I still get that feeling sometimes that I should hit the sandbox and start building a killer SX track for those little things. I wonder what the chicks would think about it? 19 year old man making "BRAAAAP!" noises and building sandcakes!
Suzuki RM 250, KTM EXC 450 and looking for a 2-smoker for enduro...

My son got a Husky Boy 50 for his 1st Xmas (almost 1). I had it set up like a rocking horse for the first year and he rode it every night. This Xmas I took the training wheels off so I can ride him around on it without killing myself. The wheels will go back on it soon for his initial training.

He got a bicycle for his 1st birthday (January) but he only pushes it around. He's got kiddie plastic bikes and quads that he rides all over the place. He screams bloody murder to wear his motorcycle gloves but I can't get the dummy to wear a helmet I got him for his 2nd birthday. He likes to play with it though. We have to hide his racing jersey or he will refuse to wear anything else. At 2, he stays up 'till 1 AM to watch Supercross and although he doesn't pronounce them right, he can identify all the bikes in the garage but 1 (the Casal). "Uki" (Suzuki), "Suvarna" (Husqvarna's), "Taco" (Bultaco), "Penton", and he calls the Can-Am the "moto do Pais" (Dad's Bike) since that is the one I ride the most.

All his toys are cars, bikes, tools and musical instruments...and one Thomas the Train his aunt gave him.
