1994 kx125 parts
« on: November 27, 2011, 08:36:43 AM »
Any interest in some kx125 bits? This stuff came from a 94. I think most stuff will fit 94-98, but I am not 100% sure on that so please check.

I have the stock PWK carb. I believe it's a 38mm, appears to be in good shape
Have cylinder, with worn plating. Will need to be re-plated but is in good condition otherwise. No deep gouges or anything
Cylinder head, good condition
FMF pipe
FMF silencer
D.I.D. rear rim with Talon hub, great condition, good bearings.
All electronics, coil, CDI, stator, etc.
Complete bottom end, transmission and crank appear to be in good shape. LH case half was busted and epoxied where the clutch actuator is. I believe the LH case to be trash, but perhaps it could be fixed. Personally I wouldn't bother with it. If there's any interest in internals from the transmission, clutch, or the crank by itself, I have no problem splitting the cases and digging out parts from it.

I am hanging onto the frame, forks, shock, swingarm, front wheel assembly, airbox, and front/rear brakes, and plastics. Pretty much everything else can go. If you're interested in something, let me know and I'll grab you some pictures. You can see a shot of the complete bike here before it was torn down. http://twostrokemotocross.com/forum/index.php/topic,3244.0.html

I'm located in Boone, NC, if anyone is close by and wants to have a look at anything.

Thanks!

Jason.

Eventually, I hope. I decided not to use the engine from my E bike, so I'm watching out for a donor H series KDX. A few things will be easier with the H series engine, including pipe fitment and head stay fabrication.

Yeah I good idea. If I could find a way to fit an e-start to an H-Model I would never have sold mine. Great bikes. Stupid bad backs  :D .
