A lot of this article was taken from Eric Gorr's MX & Off-Road Performance Handbook, with additional commentary from whoever posted the article. This book is a must-have for anyone, especially people just getting into the sport. It has info on just about everything dirtbike related from rebuilding motors & suspension, to riding techniques. Great book!! ~Russ
