Following the recent announcement of the advances being made on the two stroke range of Maicos for next year, Maico International would like to thank everyone who has posted their support for the brand as well as two strokes in general.

With all the development work being carried out and paid for by Maico International, it is a clear indication of the level of passion and commitment to the brand being displayed by the company, and the first prototype alloy tank is expected to be tested within the next two weeks.

Still not prepared to give too much away, earlier today we spoke to mechanic and development co-ordinator Neil Berry who told us “I can also confirm that the new bikes will be fitted with titanium foot-pegs, have a slightly lower seat height as well as offering a lowered seat as an option, and we are also working on something unique with the tank which we believe will be an industry first, but that really is all I can tell you at the moment”. We will release more information as soon as we can.
