A 250 lb fighter should not be scared of a 150 lb fighter. But it sounds like they are at some clubs. Even a 125 lb fighter seems to intimadate this 250 lb.double the cc sandbagger. Could Mike Tyson be respected if all he would fight is challengers 100 lbs lighter than himself? Four stroke owners are shameless to turn down racing real 250's let alone a 150. & to protest it makes them look even more inferior! 2 strokes will NEVER DIE!!!!

awesome video! He must have been laughing as he repeatedly busted through that conga line. How many times did he lap them? There was a race going on and the F's were NOT in it! lol

Just received this e-mail from Philip in the UK...

"..just read the KTM 150 article. The video is of my 15 yr old son,Jordan. That was his first try on the 150 sx. After riding it we switched from a kxf 250 to this bike and have not looked back. He has won every race he has entered on it so far !! there is a more recent video around the same track taken when he had had a bit more time on the bike :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZjxjXojksU0

To be honest were glad to be back on 2 strokes. Both my sons have been brought up on KTM 65's & 85 (my youngest is 14 and still races the 85 very succesfully). I am glad we tried the fourstroke only even if it was to prove a point to us that the future is two stroke ! .....easy to maintain and so much fun to ride.

enjoy...!

I had an opportunity to test a KTM 144 last year at a KTM days at a track near me. The 144 has since been upgraded to a 150. I ride an older (2000) KTM 300, so the new 144 felt like a mountain bike under me. I swear I could just pick it up and place it anywhere I wanted. Under no circumstances am I an MX'er... I'm too damn old... but this little bike made me think I was... Now it doesn't have the low end of my 300 (it’s not supposed to), but it did have its fair share. It pulled my over weight arse with surprising ease. I felt like a 15 year old kid. The bike is so light so responsive, that I found myself doing jumps that I would normally back off of. The bike was a blast to ride; I didn’t want to give it back. But, I knew if I didn’t I’d be spending money (I don’t have) on a new bike. The one I thing didn’t give back was the huge smile on my face. The 144/150 is simply a blast to ride. If you ever get an opportunity to swing a leg over one, go for it, you won’t be disappointed.
