I have a couple of friends that live in Japan, they have told me that you can buy 2010 cr125 & 250 bikes there. New plastic and all. As far as r&d goes, they were not able to tell me if its still 2007 technology in the bikes or if its all new.

Thanks, John! I think it took probably 25-30 mins per bike.

By the way, check your email.

Patrick

You've got some amazing Photoshop skills!!

One of the photos was sent to the site and it just looked like it was the new 2010 YZ250, but something didn't "feel" right, so after a little search on Google, the other photos turned up.

Spotted your '10 CR125 on Vital MX and decided to include it with this article to show that it was possible to "fake" a photo now-a-days.

The question now becomes... how long did it take you to Photoshop each of the different machines?

Thanks!

I made the second '10 YZ250 render as well as the '10 CR125 render. I thought I made it pretty obvious that they were fake. As a diehard two-stroke rider, I just wanted to get an idea of what they would look like. Of course the internet takes them and goes crazy, though. I was amazed at how fast they spread. They went from the computer in our office to VitalMX, then to like every motocross forum where there are some two-stroke fans, then to BikePics where they were posted by a dude from the Philippines, and finally here at TSM.

The Honda is a bit cleaner than the Yamaha, but it's harder to Photoshop a bike at that angle. Losec, it's actually a 250 motor. It's basically the engine cradle and the motor of a 2005 YZ250 blended into the 2010 YZ250F chassis.

Again, they're just the product of a two stroke lover's imagination and a little bit of Photoshop skills. Haha.

first one= photoshopped! Too much space left between the tank and the cylinder head. so wrong.. they use that space to lower the gravity of the bike..we all know that! so tight in here normally!

Second photoshop! The engine compartment seems very legit: new design of the cylinder head and sit really low..Also looks very busy where the Direct Injection suppose to be at! but they used the same size side number plates from the yzf250 to cover the big ugly ass 4 stroke can which is no good! the airbox looks huge also.

We are about to know the truth! Just cannot wait so I can go buy 2 of them!
