Maybe if the UK fans (and abroad) show enough favor towards it he'll entertain the idea once again. I think if Billy has even just a couple hours to practice on the bike and his mechanics take an hour to comb the bike for deficiencies the world would see a much better result. I think a podium finish is totally doable aboard this bike with a championship contender at the controls. How awesome would that be?!?!? I'm just upset they let something as silly as the motor mounts get loose (sigh)... I really hope he does it again this year. The CR500 is more than 16 years old. It would have been more interesting had Billy used a modern frame with the CR500 motor. (Service Honda or MPS) The results could have been much different. All that R&D that's gone into those 4 stroke time bombs and you still can't build one for the public that's more powerful than an "obsolete dinosaur" called the CR500.
